I saw The Artist last night--very endearing film.
Uhm... I think that there only were 2 seasons, weren't there? Possibly 3... it's been a while since I've worked through my boxset.

Last night I watched Margin Call. I didn't know what it was about, nor what to expect. It was slow-paced, but ultimately gripping... especially as it became apparent that it was a re-telling (with fictitious characters) of real(ish) events.

IMDB is your friend. Apparently, there were three seasons or series or whatever you want to call it.

I was nonplussed by The Artist. Those elements it borrowed from the silent era it did so clumsily and without any sensitivity to the conventions themselves, the story was dull and overly long, and the titular character was far from sympathetic.

Just because the event was some time in the past does not undermine the confirmation of character.

The Iron Lady before the DVR recording crapped out, so I had to re-record it. Pretty good so far, then again, I don't know much about the Thatch. So now I'm watching 21 Jump Street and I watched Haywire yesterday. It's weird but I like Channing Tatum as an actor, even though technically he's not a very good actor. :hehe:
