Well, let's be nuanced here. The intelligence report made it clear (as have scientists the world over) that it wasn't an artificial virus, or even one that had been genetically tweaked. Most probably, it was transmission from wildlife in a Chinese wet market. But there remains at least the possibility that it was a natural virus being studied/cultured in a lab (maybe Wuhan) and escaped...
