I'm torn. I'm all for a little xenophobia, but I also like minarets...

Minarets in their natural habitat are fine, but I diskike the spread of introduced species...

Messes up the ecosystem...

Yes you can. Any building must be approved so that its style "fits" the neighborhood, and its height must be specific so that the skyline isn't affected.

That's not quite the same thing as banning a specific type of tower though.
