Private 'zoos' should be more strictly controlled ..you shouldn't be able to keep tiger just cos you want one ! Time to pass a dangerous wild animal act . If this guy wasn't to be trusted with a gun why should wild animals be left in his 'care ' ?

You're joking.
Most americans would see this as a golden opportunity to get their guns out and blast something.
There are probably thousands of saddos converging on the town now.
Lets just hope some of them manage to hit each other.
Most? That's a huge overstatement. Thousands, maybe. But that's no where near most!

I love the fact they have to wear luminous orange hats so they don't shoot each other 'tards .

I've told you 1,284 times, and hinted 354 times, and nearly told you 2,523 times that you are pedantic, and that you make things up.
I don't make huge overstatements, thank you very much !

Well, this puts me in the minority of americans; because my first thought was "Can't they set out some traps to try and salvage some of them?" I find the shooting of them rather sad.

Silly me.

Just read the guy let the animals loose, damaged their cages so that they couldn't be re-used, and killed himself. Some animals who were lurking around the corpse had to be 'disposed of.' :?

The dayglo orange is required for rifle hunting. It's not for bow hunting.
I think it is less retarded to wear something that says "I'm not a deer-elk-moose-antelope-bear".

Meat's meat to them. Do we know for sure yet this was a PETA-ish raid of some kind? ALF?

Lurking because they felt secure in familiar surroundings near a familiar source of everything they needed, or lurking because they weren't in shape to escape or lurking because they were going to eat something that was conveniently dead?

Why kill them to save a corpse?

No... the guy did it himself before he committed suicide, as I said above. :dunno:
