Interesting that somebody who regularly dodges direct questions makes a point of noting when their own questions go unanswered. Some might find it embarrassing to use such a hypocritical approach.

As Joe pointed out, Trump is lying all through that post. The statute has been used before plenty of times in similar cases, including by James herself. In fact it's the same statute that he ran afoul of for his fraudulent 'university.' No doubt he'd like to forget that he lost and ended up $25 million in the hole. The valuations the Attorney General used were supplied by relevant entities (for instance, the county assessor for Mar-a-Lago). She didn't just make them up, unlike Trump and his drooling failsons. The judge's ruling in Trump's case has not been overturned, merely put on hold pending further appeal.
