Said Peter...what you're requesting just isn't my bag
Said Daemon, who's sorry too, but y'see we didn't have no choice
And our hands they are many and we'd be of one voice
We've come all the way from Wigan to get up and state
Our case for survival before it's too late

Foxnews!

A Pennsylvania judge threw out a lawsuit that sought to prevent the state from certifying the election results in favor of President-elect Joe Biden, who won the state by about 80,000 votes.

U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew Brann in Williamsport, Penn., rejected a request by the Trump campaign for an injunction that would stop the certification of the election as the campaign seeks to overturn results is swing states across the country.

They've lost more than thirty lawsuits now. They won one, which did not involve any fraudulent votes (the campaign wanted some mail-in ballots from voters who had been unable to confirm their identities by Nov. 9 to be disqualified) and affected fewer than 1000 votes in all in the state of Pennsylvania, which had no effect on the result in the count.

ETA: Meh, I went to check and I see the count is 2 and 34 now. I'll have to find the other irrelevant suit they prevailed in.

That Pennsylvania case was the chance for the troll attorneys Giuliani and Powell to triumphantly unveil the damning evidence of massive fraud they've been yammering about. Apparently the antifa burned it all up. Or maybe it was some 400 pound guy in a basement that did it. They had to make do with, in the judge's words, 'speculative accusations.' Dismissed with prejudice, which means GTFO and don't come back.

Williams College Professor Steven Miller, a Yale and Princeton trained math expert, said he analyzed Pennsylvania ballot data collected by former Trump campaign data chief Matt Braynard as well as 2,684 voter interviews conducted by a phone bank and found two concerning patterns. One involved possible votes that were not counted, the other ballots that appeared to be requested by someone other than a registered voter.

"I estimate that the number of ballots that were either requested by someone other than the registered Republican or requested and returned but not counted range from 89,397 to 98,801," Miller said in the sworn statement provided to Just the News.

A maths Professor who doesn't understand the concept of significant figures?

https://www.ruf.rice.edu/~bioslabs/tool ... gfigs.html

There is a range of 9422, between his two extrapolated numbers, meaning about a 10% range.
As we teach first year students you don't report more significant figures than the precision of your result. Basic error as it should be reported as a range of 90 000 to 100 000. Perhaps he thought that the judge would be impressed by the meaningless detail?

...yet this was based on data given to him by "Trump campaign data chief Matt Braynard" on telephone interviews on a sample of 2 684 Republican-registered voters. A University Professor, who doesn't understand sampling bias?
