Jesus I hope not. The only thing that's kept us from complete collapse is having a split Congress. Never, EVER give one party the House, Senate, AND Presidency.

Well, they are all politicians and therefore for sale.

Said Daemon, who's sorry too, but y'see we didn't have no choice

Was there a complete collapse in 2009 - 2011?

Actually, there have been a lot of years during which the House, Senate and Presidency belonged to the same party.

No total collapse in sight.

Biden and Obama support commies!
The president warned voters that Biden and his “friends” in Washington destroyed their communities.

“He closed the factories in Baltimore and sent them to Beijing. They were all sent to Beijing … He shuttered the plants in Chicago and sent them to Shanghai.”

The president spoke during a campaign rally in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, on Tuesday evening.

“China wants Joe Biden so badly,” he said.

Libertarians and other freaks:
DOJ Needs to put Hidden Cameras in EVERY election office in EVERY major city.

Posted on 9/9/2020, 7:01:00 AM by Saveourcountry

We can see it coming - the democrats' plan for massive voter fraud. They are experts at it. They have been doing it for literally over a half a century. The only way to combat it is to record everything that happens where "mail in" votes are being received. Hidden cameras is the only answer because if they know the cameras are there, they can manipulate the recordings. There need to be cameras in every door to see who is bringing in 10K+ ballots at a time.

WASHINGTON—Warning of a possible worst-case scenario, strategists at the Democratic National Committee expressed concern Tuesday that warm, cozy beds on a brisk November morning could keep voters from going to the polls on election day. “We fear that chilly fall temperatures that make you want to snuggle up in a toasty bed all day, compounded by a plush comforter pulled up to voters’ chins, could lead to record low voter turnout this November,” said DNC chairman Tom Perez, who explained how election results could be devastated by the allure of just five more minutes curled up under the covers, especially if voters wore their favorite fuzzy pajamas. “To counter this, voters need to start preparing now by setting multiple alarms on your phone. We’re also encouraging people to use either an extra heavy blanket that makes them all sweaty, or just a thin sheet so they wake up freezing cold. Alternatively, drink a ton of water the night before so you wake up having to piss like crazy.” At press time, Perez said Democrats’ only hope was enough Americans would get evicted that they wouldn’t have a bed to sleep in.

Interesting. You don't need to sign in when following the link from Twitter

Alphaville does, however, have an opinion on how to run a political boat parade: at either very high or very low speeds, in open water, and not in single file. The Trump boat parade on Saturday in Texas failed to do these things, and ended up fighting an opponent more formidable than any Democrat: physics.

On Saturday, inspired by a Facebook page that’s since been deleted, several hundred Republican skippers launched their boats in Lake Travis, a reservoir on the Colorado River just north-west of Austin. According to ABC News, the page instructed boats to meet at Emerald Point at 11:30am, motor about eight miles to Point Venture, then return. (This is similar to instructions also posted to nextdoor.)

At 12:15, the Travis County Sheriff’s Office, which was already standing by for the event, began responding to the first of fifteen distress calls from boaters. Boats were taking on water. Engines had stalled. Some boats had turned right over. Private towing companies responded to calls, too. By the end of the event, five boats were on the bottom of Lake Travis. No one was injured.

Oh, those fucking idiots. This is what you get when you cross boats and stupidity, but unfortunately it's not restricted to Trumpanzees. To start with they're lakers, and lakers think this sort of thing is fun:

I mean honestly, can you imagine? It would be like swimming in a toilet.

We don't require a license to operate a private boat, and there are NO size limits. If you can afford a 200 foot yacht you don't need any training to captain it. This is exactly what happens when you put several thousand boats into a confined space, add lots of beer, and shake well. It is why we never, ever leave the dock on any sort of holiday, it's just too goddamned dangerous.

The other day we had to tow Pegasus to the boatyard to replace a leaking fuel tank. We were seriously waked several times by big boats, despite very obviously being under tow, which means SLOW THE FUCK DOWN AND GIVE WAY TO THE VESSEL UNDER TOW. Of course there were no Coast Guard or Sheriff boats about, but both the towboat captain and I had colorful radio conversations with the assholes.

The sooner we bring in a serious licensing law the better.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.
