I'm not sure, since he doesn't get a paycheque anymore, but I think he might have the best expert advice anyone could want. From doctors to nutritionists. The best, biggest. Yuge and TREMENDOUS. He can afford good advice.
It's not like he is stuck in a backward country, living as a pauper and unable to access dozens of medical experts...
