I certainly wouldn't disagree with you here. I will, however, take into account your bias, and your focus.
You want to make the case that Dems want sound, functional and effective borders, great. I don't disagree.
I just NEVER see them making that case sensibly. What I do see are things like Bernie being reluctant to say, even during a pandemic, that he would support border control.
It's easy to accuse them of being the party of open borders. Do you see why? Or are you too immersed in it to see it clearly?
