My favorite rock voice would have to be Dave Draiman (sp?) of disturbed his voice is awesome.

I guess it depends upon how broadly we define "Rock," and also hoe we define "best." Most people here seem to be doing nothing more than listing the singer of their favorite band, without regard to the singer's actual vocal talent.
