Not true. Paralyzed men can father children. In many cases the nerves are still there, and still react to stimulus even if it doesn't get through to the brain. I know of one case in LA where a man was raped repeatedly by the female housekeeping staff at a nursing home. I think I can safely rule out dingos. It happened in Arkansas. The dog was described as a fluffy white stray, adopted three weeks previously.
