My language was sloppy there. I wanted to highlight what I felt was a enormous disagreement between your concern for the victims safety, and that of the attackers. You appeared to me to be showing an undue amount of concern for the attacker. Remember we are judging the encounter itself, as both parties may have understood it while it was happening, and not as we know it to have been now. I am anyway, and from that perspective I give the victim many more degrees of freedom of action than would otherwise be warranted.
