If they have 2 hours before or after their shift, they don't need time off from their employer, they just need to not make excuses and get their asses there early or as soon as they leave work! The following states do not have time-off-to-vote laws: Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont and Virginia.
Hubby works for the Dept of Education, so he's off that day! Should make getting to the polls easy for me!
