Venture Bros: day 5
Another day of science and adventure is here. As usual, the adventure starts with a clue. Closer scientific examination of the clue reveals that it is a dead body; even poking it in the eye with a stick fails to elicit any reaction. Hank has been stabbed repeatedly with knives and a butterfly has been placed on his body. If you're a superscientists it's obvious from the forensic evidence that the attackers were two midgets, or murderous moppets.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

So, we have 3 scum. If there were 4, we'd have already lost.
We need to get it correct tomorrow.

1 charlou/aza - Cleared
2 MattShizzle - Claims "Hank" (MZ's character)
3 Zigmen- Cleared
10 Amok - Scum
11 Don't Panic - Cleared
12 irretating - ?
Tomorrow's gonna be a choice between Shizz and Irre. I think it's Shizz. He claimed "Hank" (it's on the Town list) and has gotten by on that the whole game.

Irre hasn't claimed at all, but either way we should win.

yeah, if all else fails lynching both of you will still result in a town win, unless aza or zigmen is a scum don. But that will be tomorrows problem.MattShizzle wrote:Irre hasn't claimed at all, but either way we should win.

Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

That DP remains alive tells me there is a don and that the don has been viewed. Let's look at how zig interacted with mantis and amok, and also aza. Shizz I'm not so sure about any more. In fact I bet he's town because otherwise DP would be dead so as not to view amok.
I'll be gunning for zigmen tomorrow most likely.

I was wondering why I'm still here too, and that is one of the few explanations that makes sense. That either aza or zig is don, and using me clearing them to make it to endgame. Of the two zig is more likely, unless it's you or shizzle.irretating wrote:##vote amok##

At least taking out amok today gives us a days breathing room, I think we get one mistake after that, but that is it.
Do we need to drag today out for another 25 hours though?
I'm tempted to final vote. The view seems unequivocal.
