You know, where you have multiple datasets from a network of nodes and you whack them all together and out pops a sort of cluster analysis thingo that shows which connections are strongest and which are weakest?

Cheers rainbow. I've just downloaded some freeware called NodeXL which has all sorts of canned analysis and graphing tools. I'm just watching a video know on how to use it. Will post back pictures later if I manage to work it out.
