Yep, seminal fluid is included. And you can tell how look they've been dead.

Guessing, I'd say that if it wasn't consesual, there would be some kind of bruising somewhere. And if it was consenting, there would be some residual natural lubricant there, that could be isolated.

It's impossible to prove consensual or non-consensual in a male assuming hetero sex. For a woman the issue is characteristic bruising opposite the normal location for such bruising or small lacerations. Not exactly an exact thing, unless the rape was particularly brutal either.

As for a male, you test for a couple of things, and no you don't check the Vas.

If it was protected sex, you check the penis (especially below the glans) for trace latex or lubricant associated with condoms. For unprotected sex you check for female secretions and/or epithelial donations on the penis, and in the pubic hair. Neither of those things are likely to be present after a wank after all.

In women, it's actually pretty similar, although with different anatomy, and obviously checking for seminal fluid as well.

That assumes there is seminal fluid, which is not necessary to determine that intercourse occurred. As for a motility test... why?

And I do wash my dick. Especially if I'm planning on dying. So you might be able to show that someone DID have sex recently. But it would be hard to prove that they DIDN'T.

Negative findings of that type in autopsy are, as with all matters medical and scientific, only evidence of absence.
