There's no gentle way to put it: People who give in to racism and prejudice may simply be dumb, according to a new study that is bound to stir public controversy.

I don't think that equation was formulated, so it can't be proof of anything.
There are possibly intelligent racists, but they are just outnumbered by the dumb ones.

....above IQ 145 it becomes less and less easy to find anyone who isn't dumb in some way, no matter the color or not.

Anti-racism is almost purely a White, Western phenomenon.
Unless they perceive themselves being discriminated against, "people of color" care little for anti-racism. Look at the long history of famous human rights activists, almost all the non-White ones are famous for only helping their own ethnic group and occasionally an indigenous local minority.

There is a form of mental retardation that makes it's victims non-racist, of course their average IQ is ~70. Culturally biased against them no doubt
