I had a look at it in detail and can see the pixelation around the "words" on the board. A rather shoddy attempt, tbh.

The pixelation is mostly just a jpeg artefact, however the angle, perspective and orientation of the symbols and words in the middle section are a giveaway at having been added. (It can be done much better with a little patience.)
