Well, last night I made a vegan tomato pasta sauce, with lots of garlic, herbs, olives and capers...

Then I had to spoil it with lots of grated parmesan... :nono:

yeah, the parmesan ought to be served separately at the last time rather than incorporated in the sauce

Actually, that's what I did, so I suppose if I had truly vegan guests (son & GF are vegetarians, OK about cheese) they could have simply not added it...

According to the BBC there are about 375,000,000 vegetarians in the world. That's about 4.8% of the world population. More people eat dog meat.

...except for the 375 million Indians that weren't counted. Maybe it was calculated by a vegan?

Eventually vegans will be walking on all fours, just to be close to the grazing.

Cheer up! Psychology isn't real science.

“Starting as if in the good old-fashioned Two-Step, the dancers suddenly let go hands, the man slipping behind his fair companion, there is a little step and a hop, something like a turkey might be expected to do, then a fresh grip around the waist of the young lady, the man snuggles up ever so closely behind her and they hop, skip and jump and half run along.”

I think next time I go for groceries, I might get gnocchi and pesto for a nice veggie dinner.
