Oops. I think that Taranis concept plane from Britsh Aerospace has a red light. They'll have to change that before it goes into production.
No no. The Brits are the bad guys. Didn't you see Mel Gibson's "The Patriot" and "Braveheart?" You blokes are the Cylons for sure.

I hope they have this drone say "By Your Command" every time it is sent on a mission.

Ours say "shore thing, c'apn sir". Except for the waiter drones in the Officers Mess, they say "Yassuh Boss".
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Didn't take us two years to train pilots. Closer to two weeks at times.
Well, actually it was the RCAF that taught you limeys how to fly. The Battle of Britain was really a Canadian victory, but we graciously let you claim it.

I love Liberty ships. I've sunk several hundred thousand tonnes of them. :D

Typical Yerpeein attitude that a war for you folks has to be everybody else's war.

You were a colonial power, constantly at war. We were largely uninvolved in European affairs and as a nation lacked any real desire to be involved in European affairs.

The Liberty Ship might have been ASSEMBLED in eight days. But that's with a huge workforce, and materials that were already manufactured. If you compare the man-hours needed to produce an extra jet fighter, to the man-hours to train an extra pilot, there is no comparison.
The pilot is a tiny loss, compared to the jet.
What is your point? Yet another "Brits are the best; Merka sucks" thing?

Americans - landing drones on carriers and still failing at grammar.

'Oughtn't' or 'ought not' should replace 'ought'. :nono:

Other than the slang use of "chill" the grammar in my sentence is correct.

No. Because 'ought' is a subjunctive imperative and you used it as a subjunctive interrogative by phrasing it in a question. So, you see, the proper phrasing would be 'oughtn't' or 'ought not' as I said. It's to do with "grammatical mood". :tea:
