“I wish no harm to any human being, but I, as one man, am going to exercise my freedom of speech. No human being on the face of the earth, no government is going to take from me my right to speak, my right to protest against wrong, my right to do everything that is for the benefit of mankind. I am not here, then, as the accused; I am here as the accuser of capitalism dripping with blood from head to foot.”

John Maclean (Scottish socialist) speech from the Dock 1918.

I don't think a man that unstable would be fit for a moon mission. :smoke:

Ugh the struggle I had trying to convince my Good Lady that her belief that the moon landings were fake was rubbish was tortuous.

Yeah. It's called confirmation bias.

Let's say there were a multiple set of alternate histories (some the moon landings happened and some they didn't and some were fake). Now we have nothing telling us whether 'locally for whatever that means' the histories coil more around one or the other possiblities. I'll say 'this history is a convincing reality' but I will not say we can be sure it is where the weight of the actual local structure of history (to which we have no access with modern technology, isn't in many peoples thinking) is actually centered. The fact the conspiracy theory persists indicates, unlike the Titanic, the heartfelt deeper 'probability structure for want of a better expression, is not here in this particular expression of historic events....I'm not gonna go on about this - I'll accept most won't see what I'm trying very hard to say....accepting the limitations of the damned on death row to think outside the box of the visible. :smoke:

Uncertainty of one theory does not give credence to it's opposite being factual.

Depends on the accuracy of the map doesn't it? :zig:

Going to the moon without a quality handheld movie camera that works in color is stupidity. Don't blame me that they never took a accurate movie camera to prove they went. :smoke:

Of course the moon landings are faked. We know the moon is made of cheese, and cows jump over it. Does the photo look like the surface is made of cheese? Can you see any jumping cows?

Also: The sun rotates around the earth. Look for yourselves. Whom do you believe? An official looking map or your own eyes?

FFS, people. Wake up!
