If he has renter's insurance that might cover your brain.
After the deductible he'd be left with a 6 year olds brain. I don't think anyone should grow up that fast.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Because you'd be knowingly allowing a property you own/run to be used for the production of illegal drugs.

It wouldn't matter if they're just growing 2-4 plants for personal use, but if you were aware they are producing it for sale (or aware that the scale of production implied it was being sold) you could be in the shit.
Don't know about the UK, but in the US a landlord's property can be seized under asset forfeiture laws if there's illegal drug activity taking place there. Sometimes the landlord can get the property back, but only after posting a bond for the value of the asset seized and going to court and proving that he did not know, and there was no way he reasonably could have known of the illegal activity.

Best bet if you know someone's growing or manufacturing drugs on your property is to send them an eviction notice and call the police to come and seize the drugs immediately. As landlord, you have the right to inspect the property at any reasonable time, and can let the police in.

Would socialized medicine deny her coverage for cervical cancer?

Why on earth would anyone be so indiscreet that their landlord figures out what's going on?
What I've found with a few discussions I've had lately is this self-satisfaction that people express with their proffessed open mindedness. In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Basically "I don't know and I'm not going to look at any evidence because I'm quite happy on this fence."

Er...because they are drug-addled idiots? If crooks were smart, the police would never catch them.

Enough of them are that smart it seems. Enough to keep the supplies flowing.

Quite. Although it's not necessarily drug-addledness but general fecklessness. I find it hard to believe how ignorant and/or stupid people are sometimes. Not that I want to start a discussion about IQ here, but it is a system that does have some merit, and the average of 100 is pretty grim reading. And half the population is below that. They gotsto live somewhere.

My old next door neighbor was pretty blatant...around harvest time he would have the fans going and you could smell it a mile away. It's a wonder he never got busted.

It smelled great too, he must have been growing some good stuff.

When the owner decided to stop renting the house and move in, he discovered some water/mold damage in the attic where the guy was growing it...unfortunately he had already returned the deposit.

Here's something to ponder: If you consider only the people who are in prison on basic pot possession charges, how much energy is wasted by prisons, courts and police in investigating, pursuing, catching, prosecuting and imprisoning pot users?

I'm sure it uses up the other 1 percent of renewable energy production capacity plus a lot.
