Yep to this. Way before then, we'll be able to look like whatever the fuck we want to. We probably won't even have to keep the same phenotype throughout the entire lifetime, which by that time, will probably last centuries.

Large eyes are selected for because they look youthful. No actual evolutionary purpose beyond that.

Global dimming will make large eyes indispensable although they may be artificial myriads and placed onsite after birth, resembling a flies eyes. Also smaller brains as communications/information technology will mean knowing something is no longer reliant on passing down knowledge and so many cognitive functions will be off-shored it may be possible only the spinal cord is necessary after a 100,000 years. Maybe wings since men have always dreamt of flight, and a hundred thousand years of technology? You can see where this is leading?

If we have the finance and the desire, yes. I think full body sculpting and engineering will be a vanity technology at first but will eventually lead to designer adaptation to specifically hostile environments.
