There are 179,000 people moving into urban areas every week.
That's a huge influx and is what drives a real estate expansion engine anywhere. It would be more accurate to say they will 'erect' the building on 90 days, since it is being 'built' off-site in components first. It's a shame that the developers had to have the tallest instead of the most livable.

Just for fun, go to Google Earth and check out the area between Beijing and Shanghai, ~650 miles, 1,000 km.

Oh well, ironic how the Chinese Communists have Western capitalists to thank for the technology and patents that took them out of the seventeenth century.
They're CINOs - communists in name only. The construction techniques just apply mass production to buildings, something that the U.S. never really got around to.
