No no....it's not that they're ditching manned space flight...it's that Obama has bigger and grander plans! Men will be walking on asteroids and on Mars! Just you wait....

Nothing was canceled....we just have to boost some Muslim self-esteem first about their phenomenal contributions to science....let's get that done first...thenon to an asteroid! Yes....here we go...

The end of the shuttle program.

Now, 2 years ago the President announced that we were actually expanding our space program to make it more ambitious, what with manned missions to asteroids and Mars missions..... I'm sure some news of some actual progress in that regard will come along any year now....

And, like everything else China does, it will be cheap, shoddy, and a knock-off, won't work and will likely fill you full of mercury and lead.

I've got loads of stuff, mostly electronics, and all made in China, France or Germany written on them. Nothing made in America over here. What do you do with your day over there these days? Besides surf the net? :smoke:

I'll be sad to see the Shuttle go, just like I was very sad to see Concorde grounded.

Will we ever see their like again?

The flintstone version will be built. It won't fly being made of rock, people will forget all the technical details....but they'll come to believe the moongod Aremstorong will one day sweep it upto the moon - so long as they keep sacrificing the cattle and the heads of their enemies on the altar at Mishin Controp, nearby. :smoke:
