Messed up quotes there. I'm sceptical about this device. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Obviously, its not the same as some perpetual motion machine, as there is a conceivable mechanism. It's therefore not impossible, just very, very improbable

That could be. I thought the Greek connection was interesting. An economic miracle as Greece launches the worlds first megawatt cold fusion power plant? I'm sure there are plenty of people who would like that to be true.

I'm sceptical, but I don't rule it out. Show me the data. I'm more sceptical of claims of "that's impossible".

I had a similar idea for a perpetual motion machine like, decades ago, but I never had the funds for a workshop to build it in.

You're doing it wrong! Develop a fancy web-site, build up a buzz on the interwebs, announce you will do a demonstration, fail to do a demonstration, ask for more investors to build working prototype and then, the final step: profit.
