So, you don't think the radiation damage would be so severe as to spontaneously abort fetuses in humans, like it does in other animals, thus masking the actual mutation rate due to the low number of live births?

Apparently there has been a rash of blind deer fawns born around the plant.
They are investigating the cause, but at the moment they have no-eye deer.
