Without that, it's just unfathomable that someone could believe that there is a global conspiracy of tens if not hundreds of thousands of scientists. What makes someone who has trust in the scientific method in every other facet of life decide that one particular facet is a big hoax? Particularly when the broad scientific principles are so clear. That accurate predictions can't be made yet shouldn't surprise anyone with a functioning brain, as the planetary weather system is chaotic and defies accurate prediction. But that doesn't mean the principles are suddenly wrong. Ultimately, some people are just old and conservative and can't accept change and admit when they are wrong. That's about the nub of it with MM, I suspect.

And your bucket analogy is wrong as the atmosphere isn't full. Adding more co2 to it increases the amount of energy that will be trapped inside the atmosphere.

Energy is NOT trapped. How the fuck does the world cool by so much at night, if energy is trapped? Get out of that fucking kitchen, and ditch that jam jar. It's addled your brain.

Given a particular atmosphere, a thermal equilibrium is reached, with an average temperature. If the proportion of gases in the atmosphere which absorb more long-wavelength radiation from the Earth's surface increase, then this equilibrium temperature shifts slightly upwards.

There has always been a "greenhouse effect"; the important point is that increased levels of CO2 slightly enhance this, and the equilibrium shifts.

The difficulty with modelling is that this is not the only factor effecting trends in temperature. However, it seems fairly certain that increasing levels of CO2 have, and will continue to lead to an increase in average global temperatures.

Of course they would say that. In reality we are changing. Rapidly. We are undergoing an explosion in green energy while the fossil industry is losing investment and haemorrhagic money. The most dirty extraction projects are being blocked and contested. And politicians are being urged everywhere to stall future extraction projects and keep it in the ground.

There might not be a conspiracy to push the notion of MMGW, but there certainly is a widespread attitude among the highly lucrative climate science industry, that it's perfectly ok to give every single piece of work the maximum warming slant that can be achieved.
Nobody will criticise you for it. But if you fail to load any info up with warming propaganda, you will get labelled a denier.
There are virtually no objective climate scientists left. Even wikipedia is now riddled with bias.

Be that as it may, you can still extract some facts from all this. The last thousand years began with a marked medieval warm period, that was followed by a little ice age, and that was followed by this current warm period.

Every effort is now being made to play down the medieval warm period and the little ice age, so that our own current climate looks exceptional. They are trying to re-write the history books, with "corrected" new interpretations of the data.
It's hard to erase the actual accounts from history though.
The Earth climate swings on it's own. Sometimes quite dramatically. Without any cars etc.

This is a very interesting thing to happen for a phenomena scientists just made up to tax people and enforce green communism.

Polar motion refers to the periodic wobble and drift of the poles. It’s been observed for more than 130 years, but the process has been going on for eons driven by mass shifts inside the earth as well as ones on the surface. For decades, the north pole had been slowly drifting toward Canada, but there was a shift in the drift about 15 years ago. Now it’s headed almost directly down the Greenwich Meridian (sorry Canada no pole for you, eh).
