A Rain of Crows

Post by Atheist-Lite » Mon Jan 03, 2011 6:14 am

Is this a portent? A Sign! It is 2011 and things like this will happen? What other explanation? Someone testing a sonic disentegrator?

MORE than 1,000 blackbirds have dropped dead while flying over a town.

Wildlife officials think they may have been struck by lightning or hail, or they may have died from stress caused by New Year’s Eve fireworks.

The flock fell in a mile-square area on Friday in Beebe, Arkansas.

Most reports aren't mentioning the tornado for some reason.

Did anyone watch Flashforward? (Yes, I know it was crap).

I saw that on the news, and there were all sorts of species dead, not just one, so it can't be something that happened to a single flock.
There were starlings, blackbirds, and even much bigger birds.

Was there really a tornado?

The Pope was today knocked down at the start of Christmas mass by a woman who hopped over the barriers. The woman was said to be, "Mentally unstable."

Which is probably why she went unnoticed among a crowd of Christians.

HAARP
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

Mystery solved. They ran into some 'sky-explosions' and hit the ground because they have poor eyesight.

And more to the point, why "a rain of crows" when it was a "rain of blackbirds"? :)
