define "lower value" human capital vs the "higher value" that AI is supposed to be bringing in and how that new value justifies getting rid of the humans? because, seriously, in banking and insurance, I could see a properly trained ai doing risk analysis and that kind of stuff, and hopefully assigning proper values to various factors and not forgetting any part of the picture, but for some reason, they are definitely not going to let the actuaries go...
