That last photo is stunning.His description sums up the awe I feel every time I look into the night sky and pause to think.

Is it weird how comforting I find that?

We are so insignificant, no matter how badly we fuck things up it'll all go on in the long run. The universe is so vast, so all-encompassing. Even if humans screw up everything down here, I can't believe that there's no other life in the universe that will go on after us.

And yet, even though what we do might never matter, it still undeniably happened. My movements, my atoms are directed by me and even if they don't mean a thing, it still has life the tiniest, most minute impact in this void.
