Even if Brazil changed the law, it would be hard to get doctors and nurses to do the abortions in Brazil.
But I guess it would be a start. Making contraception freely available, and subsidised, would be a better start.

The Romans would have just killed the kid, when it was born deformed. That was their form of abortion. Probably the safest form too, in those days.

As well as an underdeveloped brain, there is concern that the virus can also cause an overdeveloped ass.
