Re: Star Trek Day 2
The crew surrounds Sifaka.
You do you worst, convinced she is an alien assassin. When the deed is done, a brief inspection of the body confirms that there is no life left in her body.
Somebody should tell the Captain.
Sifaka was Crewman #1. She wore a red shirt.
But then, unexpectedly, a Cremorian Brain worm darts out of her ear.
"How the hell did the tricorder miss that thing?" you shout.
The Brain Worm is captured in one of the many empty coffee mugs and inspected. It had cloaked itself in some sort of forcefield that only the Queen Worm can produce. You then incinerate the worm with a phaser. You now have one less coffee cup.
Realising you great fortune, you again radio Captain Kirk and tell him the news.
"Sifaka was an assassin, Captain. She was the Don."
"I don't like it," replies Kirk. "It was too easy. I'm going to scan your Shuttlecraft for more Brain worms."
A moment later, the Shuttlecraft is enveloped in a blue light. The scan is now complete. One unfortunate side effect of the scanning beam is that it turns hair gray, but luckily only your nose hair. The females rejoice that they have no nose hair but the men lament that, for the time being, everything smells gray.
"Crew of the Shuttlecraft!" booms Kirk's voice over the loudspeaker. "We still detect the living tissue of Cremorian Brain Worms. Nobody is getting off that Shuttlecraft until the scan comes back clean. Kirk out."
Before the screen goes blank, you have just enough time to witness Kirk pull a lovely female ensign into his lap and begin kissing her deeply.
You puke.

Ok, anyone for a Feck kill tonight? I'll leave it late. Some protection would be nice.

Casting attention on the possibility that Sifaka is the Don and pretty casual about her being lynched ... I don't think Feck would come right out and say this if he was a team mate of the Don.Feck wrote:So we have a doctor who protected our Mayor or Sifaka is the Don ? Well I guess we will see as she seems to be getting lynched .

Re: Star Trek Day 2
Do you have a better target?
Ziggy is cleared.
Ghat kept the vote on sifaka when it was drifting off of her.
I started the sifaka bw with my first post this morning.
I'd say that leaves on the suspicious list:
charlou
feck
ed
fp
Are you volunteering charlou? that hammer vote and then leaving is sort of odd.
Actually I'm wondering if that wasn't a freudian slip. he meant to type doc but his preknowledge tripped him up.

Volunteering for what?
I really don't think Feck would have said that if he was a team mate of Sifaka and therefore knew she's the Don. I do have better targets ...
Sifaka was pretty defensive of Twinkie here, so looking at Twinkie's play might be useful.
I think we should apply some pressure to eduard .. he's too quiet.

Re: Star Trek Day 2
How's does feck's statement make any sense unless he meant to type doc instead of don?
I've never seen a game that the don was immune to a vig attack, have you?
And I agree about ed. Someone from TR mentioned that if the vig wasn't sure he was targeting scum, he should target someone that scum would want at the endgame. Absentee players definitely fit the bill for that.

I'm pretty sure the doc is protecting you tonight MZ. You are our only confirmed special. Ed does need some careful attention tomorrow
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

I don't know, that's for him to answer. I have my own idea about what might have been meant, but I don't want to feed excuses to him. Let's see what he says about it.Uselesstwit wrote:How's does feck's statement make any sense unless he meant to type doc instead of don?

I think Ed would be a good target. Silence should always be punished

Re: Star Trek Day 2
I'm thinking that we're only looking for one more scum. Three scum would be to many for this small a group. Also zigman implied that we might not have a day round tomorrow. If there were 2 scum left it would still be 3 town to 2 scum worst case tomorrow. I really like feck, but I think we have some room to maneuver. Since even a complete mess up should leave us at 4 town to 1 scum tomorrow.
