Seems to me, we lynch Feck, we get the other one.
The other one being Mono, perhaps, which is why scum wanted a mono lynch.
And why mono has been absent, almost trying to get lynched at the suggestion of his team mates.

there are different flavors of lovers. They usually don't know the alignment of their lover. So, they have to try and figure that out in the game thread. Usually IME they are "star crossed", and are on different teams and have different win conditions. but not always.

On day 2, I thought that Feck was either a potential mason looking for his mason buddy, or had some kind of posting restriction that he's not allowed to confirm.

As a GM, I probably tend toward 50-50 in my own designs when I use lovers because I think the uncertainty is an important part of the role's long term health in mafia. If Feck is a lover, then we have to think about Aza's twisted GM soul.
