I've already said. You and grit are both doing this, asking me who I think is scum, like I might offer a different list this time around. Are you changing the subject? I think you're scum, and you must be frustrated as all hell that I'm grabbing onto your leg like a terrier. If you're town (unlike IMO) then I'll duly apologise, don't worry.Adenosine wrote:Also, I'm a bit annoyed that you broke my five post combo so I'm going for another one.
Who else do you think is scum?

This? This was Aza going after you? It's only slightly less saccharine than my post.
ETA: IME only scum are glad when this happens:Utter crap. Ob's last game. Diva was scum and went on an an epic flail. Just like she is now. You appear to be WKing my dear

My vote stays where it is but I have my eye on you for later
The reason I'm asking for your other suspects is twofold; one, you seem sure that you're going to die so insight before your untimely demise would be nice. Second, I don't remember who else you are fossing.Sure I was glad he thougth I was town

Re: Starfeet Day 2
^ you are not familiar with the history between Aza and me. That post of his said a lot. But your scum buddies would have filled you in on that.
I've already offered my insight. Several times.
As for being glad that gib thought I was town, well he's playing his archetypal inimitable town game. Why not be pleased he reads me as town? If you think my saying that was a scum tell, well.... add it to the list. I think oblivion's keeping the tally.
And yes, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be lynched. I used to hold up a badge of honour of never being lynched as town. I got all uppity when it first happened, but now I can see why it's a good thing sometimes, to remove the question mark. Plus, I get to post as much as I want or as little as I want. I don't care about preservation. That's the brilliant thing about being vanilla town (although I am chuffed scum thought I might be a special).

Grit you don't know me. I love a good fisticuffs. Gets the blood racing. Kind of bracing, but not in a TR way.grit wrote:See what I mean (on two pages now)?

when I said ^ you are not familiar... I was referring to adenosine, not grit, who got a post in edgeways.
Re: Starfeet Day 2
FWIW I'm totally torn. I can see you as a misguided town or a scum that started building a trap only to have it collapse but being unable to back out of it. I'll leave it to the jury to decide.irretating wrote:^ you are not familiar with the history between Aza and me. That post of his said a lot. But your scum buddies would have filled you in on that.

And then I think of the outright lies or mistakes you have made. Like saying that I started the Irre nightchat. That's what you said several times even though it patently isn't true. And then when you were called on it you brushed it off.

I am trying to see this situation with town-irretating eyes. but what I am seeing is a whole lot of noise over relatively little actual FoSing of you yesterday/last night. It was bilirubin and I who kept harping back on some of your posts yesterday. Aza was pretty quiet about you in the game thread, though we discussed you in mason chat.
I am rethinking, but it is difficult because intentionally or otherwise, you have dropped a metric shitton of scummy-looking posts.
this has happened to me before. When some of talkrational's better players stopped playing, my game became a lot more sloppy, especially my town game. and then suddenly players were all over me for shit that I didn't even realize I had done. At the same time, my game became more confrontational because there was a vacuum that needed to be filled. It took a multisided adjustment to get things back in line. I had to change things, and other players had to get used to what I wasn't going to change.
The crossover populations of ratz and TR bring different gamestyle expectations with them, and there's always an adjustment period. The vocal players wind up under the spotlight for a while.
figuring out your probable alignment isn't anywhere approaching obvious.
I don't look forward to conforming this post to my constraints and limitations.
traditionalistic rationalizations telepathically communicated and transformed throughout.
allopathic advice regarding apocalyptical tumultuousness of gamestyle.
Another terminally cryptic transmission should passionately suffice.

Goddamn, it's a percentage thing isn't it? You have to have a certain number of your words with what, seven letters or higher? Eight? Ten?
You have my deepest sympathies.
In the game diva ran at Rat Skep I had to post in rhyme. That was challenging but fun. Yours...yours would do my head in.
