Who are we killing tonight? Is it still Normal?
I'm not sure, it would be great if we could recruit CJ, instead of whacking someone. I've asked for CJ"s protection in the game thread, so if he stays alive, they might think it's because he was protected.
I think the recruiting thing was one person only.

We'll have to PM oblivion to be sure, it would be sweet to be able to build our numbers even more.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

CJ would be a great asset, he's got the trust of the town and he could feed them rubbish info .....

Ok scratch that, I've just read oblivion's PM. So I think we kill normal or whoever, and I block CJ.

So either...
- Harkkonen team was alseep and didn't whack anyone, or...
- Their victim had protection, or...
- Their victim may have been either Rezling or Mephistophlies. (Not sure about the order of events... I saw it somewhere in a thread - need to check)

Is that a fair summary?

That is! I hadn't even considered that Mephistophlies or rezling might have been the target! That's probably what happened: Mephistophlies, rezling or the protected player was targeted. The Harkkoden actually had a 1 in 7 chance of misfiring last night.

:funny: Poor deluded Atreides fools. How could they know we were swelling our ranks.

Heyzeus definitely has a special role most probably the doc from his posts. We should hit him then we can take the rest out at our leisure. I think Evilspock for the first hit. Inactive so expendable

Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

No one seems to be aware of the recruiting... Do the towners know that we could choose to recruit someone instead of whacking?

Nope, no one got told the details of any other roles, and since the innocents aren't allowed private communications, they can only reveal their own powers by posting about them.

Giving us a list of targets to pick off nightly.

95 Theses just claimed to be a truthsayer.
So, should we kill him tonight and block Cookie?

I agree that Heyzeus would make a great target too....

And try to lie low in the thread, and avoid any definitive statements that can be checked by 95, We'll take him out tomorrow night.

Hit cookie tonight instead of blocking? If only one player can be protected then 95 is more valuable to them.

That is if the doc hasn't already protected cookie. I'm wary of that too. I still think we should hit heyzeus. If he is the doc we can pick off the rest at our leisure

If any of us get pushed to make a statement one of us can use "I'm with town 100%". Then PM oblivion to explain the truth inherent in this. There is no mention of actually being town and town's actions have done nothing but benefit us so far. There is no mention in that statement of always being with town 100% but at this moment it is completely true. This is why polygraphs only use yes/no answers :plot:
