It's fair to come out 100% with my role now. I'm the protector. Night one and two I protected Ksen (my rules were adjusted after that to not protect the same person two nights in a row). I protected Feck on three, and Denny last night.

I was going to protect Zigman on night three, but figured the scum would hit an ability player over simply an innocent one. But the regent/mayor was taken out two nights in a row, so I selected Denny.

Maybe I was successful last night. I won't know until Cookie confirms.

protectors prevent kills, and nothing else. That's pretty normal.

I checked the wiki to find this is correct. The protection of ksen two nights in a row thing seems a bit dodgy, though.

What's your role called, def? Why did you choose to protect ksen?

I protected Ksen because he claimed two votes, and it's a crapshoot day one. Day two, he was confirmed town because of his kidnapping and I figured him a big target.

My role is "healer", which is just another way of saying doctor. Often that role can't protect two nights in a row, but Ob made a mistake with that point in my role. Of course, she can't confirm that, or else she'd be clearing me in an unfair way. But, if I was making a fake claim, I wouldn't claim to protect the same person twice in a row, and someone should be able to accuse me of a false claim. Doctor/protector/whatever you call it, is a key role in pretty much every game, so there should be one; and that's me.

Anyway, Linus and Praying are possibly the only two not making role claims and aren't cleared in any way so, for now, vote Linus. I'm happy to throw one to Praying too though.

Kidnapping could be a good way for scum to take pressure of a team mate who has drawn suspicion. If there is evidence that ksen is town, it is rather that UT and Bolero voted for him on day 1.

Really, if you looked through my posts, I have been doing my own thing, not playing a scum game.

For example, Bolero was pretty much being voted out, it was 5-2 Bolero-Linus this morning, shortly before the day ended. I think Linus is playing scummy so I voted for him. But, I was pretty sure Bolero was going to get it. If I were scum, I would have just voted for Bolero to show my 'town' side. I'm sure there is a way to interpret it the opposite way, but what I'm saying is true.

Really, if I were scum, I would concoct a lot simpler story. And avoid a false-claim, since you inevitably get called out on it.

Anyway, I've explained my situation, if you read through the days, I was very hesitant to share my role, but always consistent. Town's up a number of players, so I can take one for the team. I'll come up as the town healer, and players will suss the last of the scum out from there.

You're just being silly now. 1) I'm not that smart and 2) there is pretty much always a doctor role. Who has that role?
