I think Higgs would be our most cleared player at this point. Irre suggesting her as a vig kill then flipping scum clears her in my mind with one possible exception. What if there are 3 teams?
Also how does having no Mayor come into play?

I think there has to be 3 teams and that would certainly mean Higgs is scum.
Irre's certainty about Higgs may have been based on a failed recruitment.
I don't think cults can recruit from the scum team.

My best guess is 3/4 town, 3 scum, 2/1 cult

Scum would have a Don maybe and one other special that I think would be disabled with Mantis' demise. The only one I can think of is a blocker. Therefore on a night with no scum kill and only a town blocker, Denny is looking like the man. I'm open to suggestions though.

On a reread this makes loads of sence.

She cleared Irre, but Irre would view as town anyway.
Her role is believable. For her to be not town, she would have to be cult.
I can see that her outing on day 2 would make her an attractive cult recruit.

Irre recruits Night 0, 1,2 (dead on 3)
Assuming she can only recruit town, I would go for UT and Charlou with a failure with Higgs (scum).
UT would be an attractive recruit because he knows Irre's game pretty well and would be dangerous to leave on the other side. Plus he's an ace scum player.

I'm going back to look for anything between UT and Charlou yesterday or the day before.

Cults are difficult to form because you have to recruit the right targets.
You were ripe for the picking. An outed non-special.
For town, I'd suggest that you're not high priority.
Far more important to find scum.

I think MZ and Denny are, yes. I think either scenario is plausible. Up until a while ago I'd thought the cult is the scum team .. then the more I thought over alternative possibilities the more I felt I was just creating wifom in my own mind. I'm scum hunting and I'm even more happy with my vote than I was earlier today.
