I agree but I'd like him to kill one of the uncleared player we do not lynch .Because I think that could end it !

a) I'm not an SK. b) I'm not that incompetent.Linus wrote:An SK is an unreliable ally, especially one that is up for lynch tomorrow. We may end up with both scum and Ade targetting cleared players.Feck wrote:I'd like to leave Adenosine in the game one more night . Vote bolero I'm not scum you silly people The basis for thinking me scum is that The scum blocker would know the same info as I do ..hardly conclusive is it ,neither does it make any sense .

Re: Darkover Mafia - Day 3
good thing I asked!
Re: Darkover Mafia - Day 3
I think it's too late to make a plan to save Ade, so hopefully his (?) story is a lie.
Again, everyone ignored my request about opinions on who to watch, who to protect, investigate, whatever, so I won't bother trying to coordinate with anyone on Day 4. Waste of my typing.

Rather not tell scum and it does tend to change as to who gets lynched ,and what the result isdef wrote:I think it's too late to make a plan to save Ade, so hopefully his (?) story is a lie.

Its not a waste Def.
Keep trying and be involved.
Use clues from other players you think are town.

Re: Darkover Mafia - Day 3
Damn your infernal hides!! Next time I'm the Sole Survivor I'll try not to kill the Don on night One!
I should have killed you all in your tortured sleep! I should have ripped the charred flesh from your smoking bones! I should have dug my fingers into your gelatinous eyeballs. The last thing you all should have seen should have been the sneering contemptuous visage of Desiderio Leynier, illegitimate son of Lord Alton!

NIGHTFALL!
Re: Darkover Mafia - Day 3
You are uneasy as the leronis sets up the telepathic damper this time. Adenosine seems far too self-assured, even contemptuous for a young man facing eminent death by matrix-shock.
You pull on the leather riding glove and this time also wrap your gloved hand in a silken cloth for additional insulation. And you approach Adenosine who stands defiant between the two guards, who this time both have knives drawn and ready to sink into his heart at the first sign of transformation.
You reach out and grasp Adenosine’s matrix-pouch gingerly. You feel...nothing.
Incredulous, you open the pouch and find an unkeyed matrix, not a bright starstone pulsating with blue veins of light.
Adenosine laughs derisively and disappears with a loud clap of air rushing to fill the void he leaves behind. The Guardsmen gasp and look around the room in consternation. You are shocked. There are tales of laranzu of the distant past who were transported from tower to tower, but it was the work of a 9th level circle of leroni. How could he do this himself with a worthless unkeyed starstone at his neck and in the field of a telepathic damper?
Wherever he has gone, he is no longer your concern. The Arilinn tower trained him. They can deal with him.
Adenosine was Desiderio Leynier, son of Lord Alton and half-brother to the Alton Heir, and destined for a far different fate due to Festival-gotten birth. Adenosine was an indie with a sole survivor win condition.
