Hmm interesting. Oblivion and magic have both done some analysis and you overlook it. Are you trying to start a BW without actually starting a BW?

But Budski wasn't the only one with fluff at the beginning... what about FP, and Feck?

And Ani and Eduard.
Their initial fluff was short and flavor related. I lumped them in with the smilie posts people make to subscribe to threads.

However, Feck's post about drummers, etc. pinged a little, though it's hard not to ignore the GM's flavor posts. Also the statistical post.

FP's FoSy posts bothered me a little because of the passive voice (but that's a well known failing of mine - bristling at indirect FoSes).

Yea, but maybe Ani seemed nonchalant about it, cause it really was his gut. I'm not really getting anything off of him.


But, speaking of pinging - for some reason when Ed said this, it caught my attention:

I'm not sure why, but I think it seemed a little overly agreeing. Whereas FP stood up for Budski... but, perhaps FP had motives for doing so. He did it for me in the last game when Ani put a FOS on me.



Twinkie, why do you think that Magic seems like town? He made a comment about Oblivion - which stated something relatively obvious. And then mentioned Ani, and Budski - but, didn't specifically say anything about them. Not saying that you are not town, MZ...


I'm also inclined to think that Oblivion is town as well, because she made an effort to state that she will post lengthy/in depth posts, and that we can decide later if they are BS or not. Why would you go as far to do that, if the posts were only going to be later ignored? I think she would make an effort to do that, so that in the case of her killing, they will still be useful, and the effort won't have gone to waste.

Oblivion is not on my scum-dar because, as you said he is playing very pro-town. MZ has posted, but once. It seems fairly pro-town as well, so he is not overly suspicious.

You seem to be FOSsing, although not explicitly, and you've already laid down your lynch vote on me. You seem to be pressing the matter now you have Oblivion's partial support. The same with Feck, although I'll admit he's suspicious.

Why would you go as far to do that, if the posts were only going to be later ignored? You're too trusting. I explain strategy in games no matter what my alignment. It's a habit I have to keep up when I'm scum because I always do it when I'm town.

Depends. I'm pretty good at keeping the WoT's neutral either way, and share strategy that I think will improve the way games are played, not that will help or hurt me win a particular game.
