Re: Sixth Sense Mafia Day 4
I see. I learn about new roles all the time.
Re: Sixth Sense Mafia Day 4
I've never played a game where the lie detector lost their ability if they mentioned it or someone guessed.
I told irre it would have come in very handy that one time when I said "I'm Town" to a lie detector and I was the Don. I had to throw it all to the wind and claim to be an indie survivor who viewed as town. And then I had to kill him that night so he didn't ask me "are you a town compatible indie?"
That game is the reason why higgs2 still doesn't trust me worth spit.

Good game, thanks all.
I was pretty certain my doc role would have some kind of twist, just going by what irre posted in the day one OP. As there are several variations on the doc role I was a bit concerned about what the twist would be. I chose MZ night one to test it out because he behaved so oddly on day one ... When there was no nightkill I was more confident day two that I was a regular doc and thought I'd protected the scum night kill target .. it didn't really occur to me that I'd protected and blocked scum
... I protected Aza night two ...sorry Az, I thought you looked like a special and I'd just be protecting you.
I must say my heads not really in mafia so it's not getting my full attention or concentration when I play. Last two games I've played here have been sub-ins, which I don't mind doing but I'm thinking it's not ideal for the team to have a player who's not really into it.

No. In fact, I find it immensely exhausting to go against my innocent and lovely nature and act like scum.Uselesstwit wrote:and irre knows a natural scum when she meets another one like herself

I don't think innocent and lovely mean what you think they do. For instance lying, deceit and murder aren't usually covered under them.irretating wrote:No. In fact, I find it immensely exhausting to go against my innocent and lovely nature and act like scum.Uselesstwit wrote:and irre knows a natural scum when she meets another one like herself

Thanks for the game irre, great fun, even if I was playing like shit.
Sorry for killing you char, fucked up on that one.

GG Irre, and thanks for hosting! I'd be happy to help you run a game any time!
Or, if you'd like to help with TimeBomb Mafia, I'd love to have your help!
FWIW, I had Mantis and MZ spotted as my top FoSes.
Sorry my play seemed scummy, folks. I honestly thought you guys would look elsewhere when I said I was a liability to Town after Oblivion's death. I did not think I could be of much help at endgame, but i did not expect to die so quickly.

This isn't true. I've never played at FF - I'm not even sure what the letters FF stand for.Oblivion wrote:a player that I'm pretty sure was Callan ragequit at FF last week. I'm not sure anything other than she was upset can be read by her posts.
This is true. I've had enough. Time to let someone else have all the fun instead.Mantisdreamz wrote:Not sure about Callan either. It's hard to tell... maybe she really is just pissed off at being the first lynch every game, it seems.

Callan,
I think you were unlucky. Seems not reacting to being voted or FoSed is the only acceptable reaction. TR is even more unforgiving that way.
Zigmen, thanks so much for your offer! I'll be in touch via PM.
