MZ, I hate predictable mislynches. with a player who gets mislynched a lot, I tend to be more cautious. And I tend to look with suspicion on people who capitalize on the players' presence in a game. The disadvantage to that approach is epitomized in the Tarot game. Mattshizzle skated to endgame without ever having even put a vote down, and though people thought he was scummy they gave him the benefit of the doubt. I can definitely see the reasons for thinking she is scummy, though. She's fallen a little scumwards in my list based on the exchanges with her the hour or so before she logged off for the night.

I thought the post you highlighted which seemed to be written with an assumption that you are town was suspicious. there is another player who appears to be assuming you are town, Irre. And you seem firmly convinced that she is town for reasons that absolutely escape me.

I'm working from a clean slate. Right now b.t is top of my scum list. I do not see what you see about irre. I'm guessing it's to do with the much more subtle nuances you seem to pick up in play. If she's playing me, then I can ask myself why. I'll think about that whilst I drive home.

Well I skimmed through most of day 1, focussing on irre. I still don't get it. I agreed with almost all of her observations as they arose. She made several obscure references to stuff at TR which she later went to great lengths to explain. No, I have a town read on irre. If she's scum, tell me slowly why. Why does b.t get a free pass for at least two things that scream out to me, and irre get voted for things I can see no logic in.

The read through also had me looking at DP and his hyper posting early. I'm not that convinced by him either.

The difference is that irre seems to be reading my game as being protown. I'd suggest that means imperfect and in keeping with my play on numerous other occasions when town.It's not an assumption. B.t has stated that no one has done anything protown of note and her town picks of UT and DP are simply those who have done nothing scummy in her eyes. Why are we ignoring this?

I'm not. But ksen fair screams scum. He returns very conveniently just after b.tern retires for the night, to split hairs over how many times they have been scum together. I mean, really.

I guess it comes down to what I think about ksen, which at the moment is undecided.
