Due to a couple of players causing disruption and polluting the atmosphere I'm out. I'll consider playing again when those people have either changed their attitude/behaviour or left.

When I suspended bartholomew roberts the first time I told him that his next suspension will be 48 hours. The mods are discussing that now.

I'm not sure how that would work? When people sign up, they're included. Or do you mean we exclude members who have been disruptive from signing up for games?
