Not with me, no. But, I tend to not worry about anything other than who is looking scummy.

Irre, your exact words:

"What are peoples thoughts on revealing our team alignment?"

At that point you were indicating that even though there were multiple "teams" that people would volunteer what they were. ie not just say town. What other answer is there?
Therefore you clearly understood that this was not a straightforward town vs scum game.

Indeed. I also know jack shit about Oz and it's flavor so I had initial doubts as to what 'town' was labeled as. Given I can't PM I must be town. Plus, someone has since coded the name in. You should have recognized it, if your role PM looked similar.

I'm happy to leave my vote where it is, if Higgs is scum then claiming what looks to be one of the more important specials and hoping that the real Ozma comes out to counter-claim is a no lose move if you're as good as banished otherwise. If Higgs is lying, then I'm afraid the real Ozma needs to stay quiet, at least for a while, until we figure out what's going on.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

No, I am not sure she is lying. I was just under the assumption that Ozma & Glinda were special features that could come into the game, but weren't a part of it.

He made mention of starting to bw on higgs, and stated to keep an eye on whoever followed, in case she flipped town. Perhaps trying to set up those that voted her?
I voted because of yesterdays post by gib, I notice a lot of other people jumped on straight after so saying to watch for a bw was accurate. Scum tend to pile on if town go after one of their own.
But gib turned out to be the Munchkin witch/seer, and described as wicked:
oblivion wrote:gib was the Wicked Witch of the East, and was the Munchkins' seer.
The Munchkin team are 'thought to be well organised' and led by competent and ambitious witches (my bold):

And a third witch has arrived in Oz amidst a terrifying wind. Rumor has it that this witch named Dorothy is seeking disaffected Ozlings to join her in a push to occupy the Emerald city.
gib was the competent and ambitious wicked Munchkin witch/seer and leader of the thought to be well organised Munchkin team.

My thinking is that maybe the Munchkin team and the Winkie team are wicked teams, and it's possible they either know which their team is and are in contact with the other members of their team (thus organised, as described) OR they don't know and their wicked* witch/seer leaders are looking for their team members in the same way that Dorothy the good* witch/seer is looking for the 'disaffected Ozlings'. The disorganised Gillikin and Quadling teams are the disaffected Ozlings and Dorothy is looking for us.

*not sure what the notion of wicked and good means in this game, maybe nothing/irrelevant.. A couple of things I'm still puzzling about .. are there three teams or four? There are three witches, but there are four lands/counties. How does the missing Wizard factor into it all?

Who else's win condition was when their team has more members than the other teams?

That's paraphrasing, btw .. it was worded a bit differently to that.

Just thinking aloud here ...

'banishment' ... maybe it means the person who has been banished for the day can't carry out their special night actions if they're the witch/seer .. or they can't be recruited by their witch leader if they're just a vanilla team member .. :dono:

Or they can't be recruited unless they have been banished. Keeping with the rule of your not dead unless specifically told so.

Well I can confirm that is not the case as I've not been banished, but I have been recruited by Dorothy already.
