Re: MGS3: Snake Eater Mafia - Tactical Espionage Action DAY
From my point of view, I was apparently blocked (no block message) by amok and there was no kill.
Therefore scum must have targetted whoever Charlou protected. ie Andrew - um... obvious target is obvious.
I believe Amok's claim. Seems unlikely that she'd claim blocker, although I'll have to look at the timing to see if she has any potential to wriggle out of a lynch if I'm lynched based on that claim.
I've believed Charlou's claim all along. Especially now as she's claiming zig's character. No reason to do that.
UT was accusing me of wifom generation before. And he had me in his sights for sk. He's looking dodgy now.
Contra is obsessed with flavour which I think is not only a mistake generally, but highly scummy.
You have to agree that Andrew has some ability. A calm rational thinker amoung raving loonies. Myself included.
One more hour and I'm out of this joint.
Carry on...

What are the probable logistics of the game?Uselesstwit wrote:i'm wondering if the sk had a no reveal clause at his death, or for all we know scum can no reveal all their kills, with only one we just don't know yet.
Definately two bad killers (if either Zigmen or Aden were killed by a Town vig, they'd have revealed it by now).
I was sort of figuring Snake would be the Don, but maybe Snake was the SK? So with an SK, and a Traitor, the chances are there were three Scum to start, right? Because with only three Town Specials, any more than that would have been way off balance.
Also, does anyone have the slightest clue why there would be two lynches today? Is there something we're missing?
It may be true that the law cannot make a man love me, but it can keep him from lynching me, and I think that's pretty important.

i agree with the number count amok, i'd say we either have two scum left or one scum and the sk, leaning towards the former, since the chance of both kills misfiring is unlikely. As for the two lynch thing, who knows it's a gonzo game, he likes the oddness.

MZ, you and UT are interchangable on my list. UT's recent logic fails (which he explained as tactical) are a sticking point, and there are a few of your posts that I've quoted and commented on during the game which you haven't clarified ... You've been viewed as GRU ... But you may be the Don ... good gig when you're also the mayor ... But, yeah .. UT's logic ...
I'm really interested to see what gib makes of all this when he shows up. Also, will be interested to see the contributions of DP and Feck.

Re: MGS3: Snake Eater Mafia - Tactical Espionage Action DAY
I don't want to cause a mislynch, because I'm thinking this might be a make it or break it day.
I've been worrying today that I might have been late with my Night Action. I sent it at 5:12 p.m. my time (time stamp 6:12 p.m.), seven and a half hours ago from this post I'm making now. I didn't get a message from Gonzo about my Aza block (which led to my post yesterday about game mechanism). I didn't get a message about my MagicZiggy block, either. I'm flipping around on the thread(s) trying to figure out when official nightfalls and daybreaks were. I've lost track more than once in this game, because of the unique timing issues.
If someone can help me figure this out, it would be much appreciated and might be very important.

To be fair and reasonable, I think Gonzo should help you out with that. It has been Gonzo who hasn't kept to his own time schedule.amok wrote:I don't want to cause a mislynch, because I'm thinking this might be a make it or break it day.

that looks to be about 9.5 hours from when gonzo announced the lynch results, so i'd say it was well within night round. You should pm gonzo and ask if your night round was in time, that's something he should be able to tell you without influencing the game.amok wrote:I don't want to cause a mislynch, because I'm thinking this might be a make it or break it day.

contra said much the same thing, would one of you like to show which posts you're talking about. Or would you like to continue on this trolley track?charlou wrote:MZ, you and UT are interchangable on my list. ... your post there and the posts I questioned you at the end of night three about ... Those posts.charlou wrote:Uselesstwit wrote:because i wanted people's opinions about whether it was a night where there were actions that were interfered with or another night where the gm nullified actions. I wouldn't characterise it as a trolley track ... Just considering the possibilities. You are not cleared, UT.Uselesstwit wrote: Or would you like to continue on this trolley track?

This game is a mind fuck.
Outed specials are town imo.
For me to be scum I would have to be the don and I would have to have made the kill last night. Extending that logic, the other scum must have been under more suspicion than me (apparently not) for me to do the kill. So you can pair me with your biggest suspect.
Alternatively, unknown scum targets the outed seer who is protected.
Of course both scenarios could coincide.
I'm town. If I was scum I'd have bussed b.t., publicized the traitor role and been fairly heavily on the eventual traitor.
On reflection, I guess I am capable. But not on this occasion. Pure vanilla.
