there's something key here, and I hope you guys remember it. irre is not reading the thread carefully. and that makes me think she's not worried about finding scum.

she's not putting much effort in I agree, but why flag herself the way she just did if she's scum.

Dp's post also worries me a bit, it seems kind of unthought out for this game. just points he often hits on.

She already knows who they are?

Hmmmm.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

Just starting ut, waiting to get to my computer to read by author, seems to work best for me.

Do you have a read on Gonzo?
Yeah, he's not looking so good this game. The agreeing to vote a new player, then an afterthought to ask how many games that new player has played, seems very lacklustre.
New players are usually the hardest for me to read. I'm still interested in why Linus/ Mantis thought Barnett was a good choice, though, or why Barnett is asking if he can vote for himself.
When he votes a player for something anti-town (that no one else agrees with) it's his town tell.

You don't agree that it was anti-town for rc to give himself a pass on scumhunting?
Don't go near that elevator - that's just what they want us to do... trap us in a steel box and take us down to the basement.

maybe because it was a slip, and linus caught her out.

I've seen him do this as town and as scum. do you feel like you can usually read him?

Or... I had a crap night's sleep, and read some of this thread via tapatalk when my kids woke me sub 6am, then answered Linus' question after getting back from the school run, re-reading up to where I thought gonzo had stopped posting. And I haven't got my spreadsheet up and running for this game as yet.

But, your theory sounds way more paranoid so it'll go down a treat in this game.

You forgot that it might be both of them. And possibly you too, would you bus both your teammates on day 1? No one else would but you…

I'll mention the elephant in the room. What do people make of the weird win condition?

gee, it's almost like you are describing your IMO totally unfounded vote on me earlier today.
