But for her to be viewed and be one of the guilty that view town is a small percentage and for now at least i'd rather hunt for more obvious targets.

I said I was probably going to do this earlier, and I'm even more convinced than before.

So you make nothing of her slip up that I've pointed out to you all? She tried to manipulate perceptions about what happened yesterday by misrepresenting how it was from her point of view. That is scummy. Only after I discovered it did she try to make it out to be different to how she'd made it out to be earlier today. That's scummy. Icing on the cake is stating she has no time to read my post proplerly, but she now has time to read the game threads ... and where is she? Scummy. By scummy, I mean, she is not town.

Contrapposto wrote:You make a mean case for irre, charlou.
But why do you think her more likely to be a traitor rather than scum (Don)?

I thought DP's claim seemed more like a traitor role. Someone who officially works for GRU but helps Snake in the story line.
Sounds like a traitor to me.
Because I don't think she'd whiteknight a scum team mate .. particularly a vanilla scum team mate.

In most games there is a disclaimer like "The order of action may include some or all of..."

When I GM I like to use a standard list, usually with some minor embellishments, which actually includes about twice as many actions than there actually are.
Keeps players guessing.

I'm biased. My role in THIS GAME is Town, but reading down to the very bottom of the Wiki page about the video game, well, not so much. That's why I went slightly nutso about the "traitor" situation earlier on.

Ahuh. :ddpan: That's reaching. I'd go with red herring as being more likely, but still reaching.

Contra, can you please list the players as most town to least town/scum, in your view?

Good point but I still wouldn't rule out the other possibility of her being scum.
However, with ac's view, we shouldn't rule out the possibility that she is town either.
I just don't know that she is the best lynch candidate for today.

Irre, largely from your diagnosis, though I had a bit of trouble confirming time stamps.

Aza, for me, it's an "Oh, come on" thing. Voting Contra because Aden and Contra played together on other board? Despite the fact that Aden said he found Athene/Contra not particularly scummy? What?

It has mostly to do with their participation on the b. tern wagon.

I posted links to the relevant posts. Just compare the time stamps for your zone ... The post irre linked to today, claiming that was the post where she recognised Andrew was "all but announcing" he is a special, is 24 hours before the posts where she posts her thoughts on the players, including her thinking that Andrew might be the traitor, and her suggestion that the vig kill him. 24 hours later. Not even in the vicinity of the time she claims today that she recognised he was claiming special.
amok wrote:Aza, for me, it's an "Oh, come on" thing. Voting Contra because Aden and Contra played together on other board? Despite the fact that Aden said he found Athene/Contra not particularly scummy? What?
Aye, that would be a flimsy rationale. The question Az asked before he voted was:
Azathoth wrote:No reveal and no kill flavour. Evil Gonzo. I would put ade as the scum kill though. He was looking a lot townier than vigmen. Now who would be worried about ade rather than others? :ask:

##vote contra##
I didn't think that rationale was so flimsy.

On the other hand, if Az is scum, he could have been planning to set Contra up with the Aden nightkill.

K, I believe I have my geographic area listed on my profile, in case anyone thinks I'm scamming. I live in Nova Scotia, Canada, and it's 1:45 a.m. here as I type this. I think the day ends in another two hours or so. But t I have to sleep, because I have to go to work tomorrow.

I'm setting my alarm for 3:30 a,m., and will sincerely try to get up and read the thread again.

But for now...

{v}Aza[/v}

... come what may.
