I used the word disguise to mean "one of guest, waiter, VIP, body guard, officer". It's true, though, that guests don't have a (disguise) if you see what I mean.

Yes. It was my realization that in every other game I've played, the GM announces a lynch with "Town killed whoever" even if at the end of the game there could have been Scum in that lynch mob. Lynches seem to be a majority thing. Therefore, I decided subtracting the Charlou lynchers from the Diva lynchers isn't logical.

All that is irrelevant. Mafia isn't reliant on flavour; flavour is just an added twist. And I don't believe Gonzo would sacrifice facts for flavour. If he did, I simply don't know what to say. If logic doesn't count, what's the point?
