What? How can there be no doctor in this game??

It doesn't make sense.

If Zig were scum, he wouldn't know that there were no doc. So by claiming a pretend doctor role, he'd be under huge scrutiny if he was counter claimed.

The simplest way of looking at things is... Zig is doc. no counter claim. (he could have been recruited). But, I really think there is just one scum left, and the recruits are done with.

First, Aza does not count mayor votes the day they are cast, i don't think. A tied vote will lead to a dice roll.

If There is another day (possible) we cannot leave the mayor vote in the hands of an Indy.

M has shown that he will side with Charlou's whacky kill-the-Doc plan. Total scum tell. Now I'm convinced. A town player would have taken the death and let us roll into nightfall, hoping that i can protect us and praying that Charlou is not only the Vig, but that she has a change of heart over night.

This game may come down to a dice roll. It may come down to your mayor vote, if Aza allows it to count today.

In either case, I need your mayor vote.

I'd suggest putting the mayor vote on you, Mantis, but you need to trust me on this. I have my reasons why it needs to be me.

If you were Town, you should have agreed to take the death, mayor voted me to keep Charlou from having too much power, and voted your only logical choice, which was Mantis. Town's goal is not for any one person to survive. It is to help the team win. You mayor vote alone went against that.

That would have kept me from being so sure you were Scum, and I might have switched to Mantis.

It's still not to late to help Town, btw. I won't change my vote, but at leat you'd keep your Doc alive where I could do some good tonight.

I just realised that Town can win in these circumstances.

Charlou is convinced I'm Scum. Mantis is probably asleep and won't mayor-vote me in time. M is Scum and sides with Charlou.

M targets Mantis or Charlou. I'm not around to protect anyone.

If Aza GMs like i do, both kills go through and either Mantis or Charlou survives.

Unless we were wrong about the M vs. Mantis thing, or if Charlou is really the SK. Both are possible.

Personally, I think Charlou was the SK and deserves the win.

Charlou should see that and wonder why would M not mayor vote for me, before it was too late. . . Even if M is Town, her mayor vote on Charlou merely kills the Doc.

Zig nobody was here this morning except me and Charlou, so I considered what she had said.

When you mayor voted yourself, I didn't even know what that meant. Then you accused me of being scum for not mayor voting you. Great! Yet I continued to support you because I thought it was the right thing for town. The only times you have been any 'help' to me was when you wanted to save your own skin. Call that teamwork? Call that working towards saving town? No, that's working towards saving your own arse.

You are acting like you are the only one here. Maybe you are the only one here on your team. And if you really do have reasons why "it has to be me".... let's have 'em. What have you got to hide?

There are still nearly a couple of hours left. You aren't going to change your vote and yet you want me to change mine, even though when Charlou appeared to influence me, you said I "fell for it". Maybe I learnt my lesson and am not going to fall for it again.

It is not arrogant for a seasoned player to realise that that a Doc is vitally important role in an endgame like this.

Also, I do not buy that you didn't understand what a mayor vote was or how it worked. You asked in this very thread, and were answered. You Do know what it's about.

And, the fact that you've read and understood what is going on here and still place your mayor vote on a player who is just as likely an SK as a Vig is telling.

I'm not trying to play an arrogant game. I'm trying to win for our team.

If you think your claimed Vanilla Role is somehow advantageous over a Doc in tonight's shootout, by all mean, do tell.

Today has been a test for several levels.

If you were Town, which you're not, you would have mayor-voted me and even self-lynch-voted to protect me.

I say this, not to be adversarial, but to help you in future games. Sometimes we need to die to further our cause.

Consider how your play looks:

You have 4 players. One is Scum. One is Vanalla Town. One is a Doc. One is Vig/SK.

Your mission: Kill Scum.

Obviously, the Vig/SK cannot be Scum. That leaves you Two choices. Either Kill the one uncleared player (Mantis) or die protecting your Doc.

With 4 players, a tie vote comes into play. Now, your Mayor vote is very important. You can either place it on the Doc so that he can save himself from lynch, or you can lynch-vote him and keep your mayor-vote away from, dooming him.

Whether or not you believe I'm rusing you all with a fake claim, your mission only provides you one path,

You have not taken that path, and that makes you highly suspicious.

At least Charlou has an excuse. She's probably the SK and would love to clear the Doc out of the endgame.

But, as it turns out, you've chosen the Scum path, and Charlou has taken the SK path.

If I'm right about both of you, town loses.

Why bother maintaining that your even Town at this point? Charlou doesn't care. Mantis and I can't lynch vote you off . . .
