i wouldn't say Zig is leading the lynch vote on you... he's the only one that's votedMagicziggy wrote:I've stopped driving now btw.
From my POV, zigmen looks town. However he is also looking like an easy lynch for scum to achieve. My reasoning.
If zigmen were scum, he would be leading a lynch vote against mr knowing I would flip town. This is a massively stuid thing for scum to do. All of zigmen's play looks like simply bad town play to me. I think he believes in his mass claim idea. I think he believes I'm scum. He's wrong, but at the moment I have him as bad town rather than stupid scum. FOS mantis for looking for a soft target.

because he got his vote in at the very last minute. he could have played off as if he missed it.. unless he just decided to bus ksen. doesn't seem like a likely choice though when it's that closeirretating wrote:Mantisdreamz wrote: BTW you said rc looks most townish of the BW on ksen yesterday... how do you figure that? I think he looks the least townish, but that's only relative, because I think he's very likely town as it is.

to let him off the hook? no.. he should definitely come back and explain his vote.. why do you think he should be voted for?irretating wrote:Jerome hardly posted yesterday, and he made out he had a posting restriction. If he doesn't return to explain himself, does it make any sense at all to let him off the hook?Mantisdreamz wrote:though i do want to know why Jerome voted her right after the day started

Old West Mafia Day 2
I'm town so I know that he has no basis to vote me. Add to that my very pro-town behaviour yesterday, and he starts to look real scummy. Scum know that their only shot is a mass claim, which they'd be thrilled about, because they could fake claim themselves, all the while picking off the specials. Which is why I think zigmen is reeking also.

Ok, zigmen is either crap town or crap scum. Either way, he's not helping town. Nor is Jerome. I'll give both the opportunity to make a case.
What do we make of zigmen's explanation of Jerome's play. Any validity?

"What a man believes upon grossly insufficient evidence is an index into his desires -- desires of which he himself is often unconscious. If a man is offered a fact which goes against his instincts, he will scrutinize it closely, and unless the evidence is overwhelming, he will refuse to believe it. If, on the other hand, he is offered something which affords a reason for acting in accordance to his instincts, he will accept it even on the slightest evidence. The origin of myths is explained in this way."

Sigh . . .
Ok, I'll start here
No?
Mantis was not "probably cleared by yesterday's actions," and is therefore on my list.
Second, It's frustrating to watch you threaten me when I ask for a discussion; a discussion like we had yesterday that caused many players to post their thoughts on a variety of topics. Scum doesn't want discussion, they want a vacuum. I'm convinced you are very likely to be Town, so it is doubly frustrating that you are so bent on killing discussion, and even threateneing the player who is asking for discussion.
Can you understand why it is almost painful to be Town with you? Cuz it is, sometimes.
Obviously. If after a discussion of mass-claiming (which would work), we decided to all out our roles, then and only then should the fucking Seer claim. Not just because you told them not to. Sheesh.
Ok, I'll start here
Think. If I'm most confident that player x is scummy, I'm least likely to trust their vote on a day where we are least likely to see a bus.irretating wrote:
LOL zigmen, what a shame I can only vote one person a day. That is a scum trifecta in your post. How on earth is Jerome somewhat cleared as a result of your suspicion of MZ?
No?
I said "Oh, anyone wanna discuss a mass claim?" How is this "pushing so hard for a mass claim?" I merely asked for discussion. The difference is not subtle and I do not appreciate being painted with your wide brush. Why are you pushing so hard for a mass claim?
You really need to read the thread. Did you miss where I said this: "And to be fair, my scum list isn't a list of players who look scummy, it's a list of players who aren't probably cleared by yesterday's actions."Why do you so conveniently have mantis in your list, when she's hardly been around this game?
Mantis was not "probably cleared by yesterday's actions," and is therefore on my list.
Again, he certainly isn't "probably cleared by yesterday's actions."Do you really think DP as scum would flip flop around voting me yesterday?
Then why didn't scum just bus/save one of us yesterday when the vote was tied 3/3?I think you and Jerome are the remaining scum this game.
First, Jerome would never listen to anything anyone told him or his game would look very different when he was Town/Scum.I think you told Jerome to throw a vote at me, in the hope that people would think he was the seer and had viewed me (I of course am not going to buy this as I know I'm town), but most importantly he wanted the seer to out. You on the other hand want ALL the specials to out.

Seer: hold your nerve.

Yup, you're about as cleared as anyone else there is on my cleared list.My behaviour yesterday shows my town creds. Plus, I suspect you really did view me.

Why has UT moved off your scum list zigmen?
Re: Old West Mafia Day 2
Same reason he's not on yours.Magicziggy wrote:Why has UT moved off your scum list zigmen?
Do really want me to announce the reason, cuz it's scummy as hell to even ask.
And, yes, i saw you ask it before and I decided it was best left unanswered.
C'mon and press me harder if you think I'm bluffing.
You're Scum anyway, right?

I explained my summary of you.Magicziggy wrote:No different to your summary of me.
You merely switched from thinking I was Town to thinking I was Scum as soon as Irre put some pressure on me.
You can add another reason to think your Scum to the growing list: cuz you're followy.
Prove me wrong: Where's your explanation of why you changed your view of me?
